OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you have purchased an item that is the wrong size/fit or you have simply changed your mind about your choice of item, we are happy for you to return your item for a store credit note for the value of your purchase. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
To return an item, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your goods (based on the Aust-Post tracking system of the delivery date to the address) and we will provide you with a RA# (Return Authorisation number) and instructions on returning the item. After this time we cannot issue a RA#.
*Please note your RA# will only be valid for 7 days from issue. Any returns without this Return Authorisation will not be accepted.

In your email to request a Return Authority number (RA#), you will need to state the following:
- You name
- Your order number
- The style, colour and size you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Bhakti will then issue you with an RA# and give you the address to return the goods.
The item must then be returned to Bhakti within 7 days from the original receipt date of your order ((based on the Aust-Post tracking system of the delivery date to the address) as per the customer’s own expense.
Any customs charges (overseas customers) are the responsibility of the customer.
We allow up to 21 days for international orders to be returned to our office. Any items received beyond this timeframe will not be accepted. Please ensure you use a prepaid and trackable postage method, as Bhakti cannot take responsibility for return items lost in the mail and will not be able to issue a credit note should a return item go missing.
Please ensure that any items to be returned have not been worn, washed or altered and have all tags still intact. Bhakti reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet this criteria. In such a case, the item will be returned to the customer and no credit note will be issued.
Bhakti reserves the right to deny a store credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
Returns will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible, however please allow 7- 10 business days for the processing of credit note and up to 14 business days during peak times.
We DO NOT offer REFUNDS on change of mind and/or incorrect sizing purchases.
We do not currently offer a direct procedure for exchanges as we are unable to hold items for exchange at the present time.
If you have purchased an item that is the wrong size, we recommend you follow the Returns procedure outlined above and place a new order for your preferred size using the credit note that will be issued by Bhakti upon receipt of your returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: Bhakti has a no refund policy on SALE ITEMS or PRE-ORDER items.
The following items are considered Final Sale items and are non-returnable:
– Any items purchased on sale (including Full priced items/New Arrivals during Sales Promotions and/or Special discount promotions)
Bhakti will not issue credit or accept exchanges for any of the above items, so please choose carefully.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault or damage.
Once you have returned the item to us and it has undergone an inspection, we will organize a replacement or credit note for you, depending on your preferences and item availability.
Your order cannot be cancelled. It is impossible to cancel you order for Refund once it has been placed and we have started to process it. In case if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team immediately (within 24 hours) and you will be issued with a credit note only.
Returning your Item:
Please ensure your order number, RA#, name, address, email address, and phone number are clearly indicated on Return Request Form when sending your order back to us.
